GET AMERICAN RED CROSS LIFEGUARD CERTIFIED THROUGH UNIQUE POOL MANAGEMENT

This certification class is for the FULL American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. This certification includes comprehensive first aid, CPR, and AED (Automated External Defribrillator) training. Upon completion of this class, you will have the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure safety in aquatic environments and to handle emergency situations effectively.

CLASS DAY ONE:

What to Expect:

• Skills assessment 1 - including 150 yard freestyle swim, 2 minute water treading, 50 yard freestyle swim
• Skills assessment 2 - surface dive and brick retrieval.
• Hands-on training of in-water rescue skills, CPR, and AED use
• Basic First Aid training
• Lunch break midway through the class.
• Written test at the end of the class

• A swim suit you are comfortable jumping in and out of the water in - does not need to be a guard suit!
• Lunch or mid-day snacks/meals - there will be a mid-day break but there will not be enough time to leave for lunch and come back, so come prepared!
• Waterbottle
• Towel
• Dry clothes to change into
• Notebook and writing utensils to take notes
