Description:
The caregiver provides safe, age-appropriate patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:
- Must have a Maryland driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR Certification
- Annual PPD
- One year of recent, relevant experience
- Two Professional References
- Statement of Good Health/ Physical

We are looking for a Delegating Nurse to join our team! The RN is responsible for the initial and re-assessments of clients and the assessments of home health aides for each client

Duties Include:

  • Perform an initial patient assessment on all admitted patients
  • Identify patient care requirements and provide a caregiver service plan for each patient
  • Perform quarterly visits on all admitted patients
  • Perform performance evaluations on all licensed nurses and home health aides.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Maryland.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience as a licensed, registered nurse, preferable some home care clinical experience.
